Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager at Renthia.com, you will oversee and manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop key client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include setting sales strategies, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role reports directly to the CEO and may require some travel for client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
