We're looking for someone who can:
Understand our offline business model and help translate it into a scalable online sales strategy.
Recommend the full structure of a team (approx. 10–11 people) that we would need to support online sales, including roles, and workflows..
Provide a roadmap with tools, platforms, sales channels, and KPIs.
Offer guidance on realistic sales targets and how to reach them sustainably over time.
Suggest or connect us with qualified freelancers, agencies, or platforms where we can hire the right people to build the team you recommend.

This is Phase 1 – Planning & Strategy Only. We’re not hiring the full team yet. Your deliverables will include:
A sales and team development plan
Team structure with role definitions
Tool/platform recommendations
Suggested sales funnel and growth roadmap
