Sales Scrum Master

Job brief
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor who is looking to coordinate and coach our teams. You’ll need to be able to coordinate people and projects with a mindset set on deliverables.
Responsibilities
● Manage each project’s scope and timeline using Kanban
● Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups using SCRUM software
● Coach team members in Agile frameworks
● Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration using effective communication channel
● Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or service providers)
● Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests via a ticketing system
● Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
● Help teams implement changes effectively
● Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and according to the agreed timeframe at the end of each sprint
● Manage a number of teams running projects using SCRUM methodology
● Have demonstrable expertise that managed to transform teams to become more productive, agile and consistently beat deadlines.
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in a scrum master role
● Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
● Good knowledge of Agile software
● Excellent communication, leadership and persuasion skills
● Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
● Excellent organisational skills
● Proficiency in English Language (C2 level)
● Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
