Thrivr Agency is a creative web design agency dedicated to helping businesses establish a powerful online presence through modern, high-quality websites. We work with businesses across various industries, delivering tailored digital solutions that drive growth and credibility. As we expand our client base, we are looking for motivated, results-driven freelance sales representatives to join our team on a commission basis.
Your role will be to identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods, introduce them to our services, and convert leads into paying clients. This is a fully remote, flexible position — you set your own hours and work at your own pace. For every client you successfully bring on board, you will earn a 20% commission on that project value, with no cap on your earnings. When we get paid, you get paid.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, has a persuasive and professional communication style, and is self-motivated to work independently. Prior experience in sales or cold calling is an advantage, but not a requirement — we are happy to provide guidance on our services and pricing so you can pitch effectively.
