Sales Executive for Loan Products
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m looking for a driven sales executive who can actively promote and close Personal and Business loan products within my local market. You should be comfortable with face-to-face, field-based selling—meeting prospects where they are, building relationships quickly, and guiding them through each step of the loan application until disbursement.
Your day-to-day work will involve prospecting small businesses and individual borrowers, explaining our loan features and eligibility criteria, gathering documentation, and coordinating with our underwriting team to keep applications moving smoothly. I’ll provide product training, marketing collateral, and clear performance targets; you’ll bring the local network, persuasive communication skills, and the discipline to hit—or exceed—monthly conversion goals.
Deliverables I expect:
• A weekly pipeline report outlining leads contacted, stage of each deal, and projected closures
• Verified loan applications submitted with complete documentation
• End-of-month summary of closed Personal and Business loans, including ticket sizes and client feedback
