QResolve is a frictionless fault-reporting platform for physical assets (Vending Machines, Hotel Rooms, Facility Equipment). We replace manual maintenance logs and broken feedback loops with a simple scan. Anyone can scan a unique QR code on an asset to instantly log an issue via our web app—no downloads, no accounts, no typed descriptions.
Your Secret Weapon: The "Irresistible Offer"
You will not be aggressively pitching software features. You will be utilizing an Alex Hormozi-style, zero-risk hook: The Free Physical QR Sticker Pack.
Instead of asking an Operations Manager to learn a new software system, you will offer to mail them a pre-configured, durable pack of printed QR stickers customized for their specific assets—completely free. Your Responsibilities (End-to-End Pipeline Ownership)
You are the hunter and the closer. You will manage the entire sales cycle:
• Targeting & Sourcing: Build highly qualified lists of Operations Managers, Hotel General Managers, and Vending Fleet Owners.
• Cold Outreach: Execute targeted cold email, LinkedIn, or cold calling campaigns.
• The Pitch: Leverage the "Free Sticker Pack" hook to completely bypass standard SaaS adoption friction.
• The Demo: Conduct live, highly polished Zoom demonstrations (fluent, confident spoken English is strictly required).
• The Close: Handle all operational objections and secure the final contract and payment.
The Compensation: Performance + Compounding Revenue
We do not pay base salaries, upfront setup fees, or pay-per-booked-meeting rates. We are looking for a highly capable partner who wants their income to scale directly with their closing ability.
• The First-Close Bonus: You will receive a flat ₹5,000 payout the moment you successfully close your very first paying client.
• Compounding Recurring Commission: For that first client, and every single client you close thereafter, you will receive ₹1,000 per month, every month, for 12 months.
• (Note: This monthly payout is strictly tied to client retention. You receive your recurring cut as long as the client remains active and paying).
