I’m looking for a results-driven person (or agency) who knows how to turn listings into real bookings.
The job involves managing villas for daily rental in Bali through online platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize listings on Booking, Airbnb, Agoda, and other platforms.
Improve visibility, descriptions, photos, pricing, and offers to increase conversion rates.
Analyze performance and grow the average occupancy rate to around 80% or higher.
Implement dynamic pricing and marketing strategies.
Work proactively to keep villas booked and revenue growing.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in managing online rental platforms (Booking, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.).
Understands how to boost bookings through marketing and pricing strategies.
Good level of English — both written and spoken.
Analytical, responsible, and motivated by performance-based results.
Independent, communicative, and result-oriented.
Compensation:
Salary from $250/month (base rate). Can reach till $700
Bonus system based on performance and occupancy results.
The higher the occupancy rate, the higher the total monthly payment.
Additional commission or reward structure can be discussed individually.

Fully remote, with a flexible schedule.
