We run Unmuted: The Exit — a career coaching program that helps ambitious women exit toxic workplaces and step into roles that align with their values and pay them $10K–$30K more. Demand is growing quickly, and we’re building a team of driven sales closers to handle warm leads and discovery calls.
Compensation
Commission-Only (No Cap)
One-Time Payment Sale: 25% = $500 per sale
Payment Plan Sale: 18% = $400 per sale
Tiered Bonus System:
1–3 sales/month → Base rate
4–6 sales/month → Higher per-sale commission
7–10 sales/month → Even higher
11+ sales/month → Top-tier payouts ($650 per one-time close)
Average closers earn $2K–$5K+ per month part-time.
What You’ll Do
Handle warm leads (women already expressing interest through outreach or social media).
Host discovery calls (via Zoom) using our proven sales script and process.
Follow up with prospects to help them make confident decisions.
Close deals and earn commissions on each sale.
What We Provide
Full training (scripts, objection handling, and roleplay).
Warm leads from LinkedIn and Instagram outreach — no cold calling random lists.
Ongoing coaching to help you close consistently.
A meaningful product: you’re helping women change their careers and lives.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales or customer-facing experience (closing, not just prospecting).
Excellent communication skills (clear, empathetic, confident).
Driven, self-motivated, and hungry to earn.
Comfortable working commission-only and excited by unlimited earning potential.
