Recruit Water Treatment Sales Manager

I’m looking for a freelance recruiter who can quickly source and pre-screen a strong Sales Manager for our water-treatment systems division. The right candidate must bring solid experience in direct, hands-on sales; this is the single non-negotiable skill I need you to verify.
