We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant for a 1.5 month project to develop and improve our complete sales system.

Requirements:
* Customer handling and closing training
* Site visit to booking conversion system
* Sales team structure and responsibilities
* Daily / monthly targets for calls, visits, bookings
* Incentive planning for sales executives
* SOP, KPI and Job Description setup
* Performance review and tracking system
* Sales reports and owner dashboard
* New staff training and monthly training system
* Lead follow-up and conversion improvement

Preference:
* Experience in real estate sales industry
* Practical implementation support
* Can guide online or on-site in Gujarat
