We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant for a 1.5 month project to develop and improve our complete sales system.

Requirements:
• Customer handling and closing training
• Site visit to booking conversion system
• Sales team structure and responsibilities
• Daily / monthly targets for calls, visits, bookings
• Incentive planning for sales executives
• SOP, KPI and Job Description setup
• Performance review and tracking system
• Sales reports and owner dashboard
• New staff training and monthly training system
• Lead follow-up and conversion improvement

Preference:
• Experience in real estate sales industry
• Practical implementation support
• Can guide online or on-site in Gujarat
