Part-Time Sales Mentor Needed

I’m looking for a part-time sales consultant who can step in as a mentor for my small team. Your main mission is to lift employee performance by sharpening their sales techniques, deepening product knowledge and polishing customer interactions.

Here’s what I need from you day-to-day:
• Run hands-on coaching sessions that turn theory into practice for each rep.
• Review our weekly sales reports, spot trends and share quick, actionable insights.
• Fine-tune our current payment conversion workflow so more closed deals translate into completed payments.

You’ll have access to our CRM, call recordings and existing training decks, but I expect you to bring fresh frameworks, simple tracking sheets (Excel or Google Sheets are fine) and clear feedback loops. I’m on the lookout for measurable improvement, so each week we’ll compare KPIs against your recommendations and agree on next steps.
