About the Role (for Philippine-Based Freelancers Only)
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Conversion Agent to join our team. In this role, you will engage with leads, build rapport, and convert prospects into active clients—primarily within the Forex and Crypto trading space. If you’re confident on calls and motivated by closing deals, this is a strong opportunity to grow.
What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proven sales experience, especially in closing deals
Knowledge or background in Forex and/or Crypto trading
Highly reliable, punctual, and committed to agreed schedules
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Hunger to close sales to get commissions
Technical Requirements
Own laptop or desktop computer
Stable, high-speed internet connection
Quality headset suitable for professional calls
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads via phone and online channels
Build trust and guide prospects through the sales process
Convert leads into active clients
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
