Your focus will be on building and managing a distribution network that reaches pharmacies, beauty supply chains, wellness stores, and online marketplaces throughout India. I’ll provide full product training, existing brand assets, and production capacity; you’ll bring established contacts, negotiation skills, and on-ground execution that converts interest into purchase orders.
Key milestones I expect:
• A clear rollout plan that maps target territories, preferred retail channels, and launch timelines.
• Signed agreements or purchase orders with at least three national or multi-state wholesalers within the first quarter.
