Lead & Optimize Sales Team
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m bringing in a hands-on sales consultant to sharpen my team’s efficiency rather than simply chase higher numbers. Your main responsibility will be to guide the group, set a clear rhythm, and keep everyone accountable without micro-managing.
You’ll concentrate on three areas that urgently need attention: time management, stronger communication, and refined sales techniques. Each week you’ll sit in on selected calls or meetings, track activity inside our existing dashboards, and send me a brief report highlighting wins, bottlenecks, and next steps. I’m counting on you to turn those observations into practical coaching moments the team can implement immediately.
Deliverables I expect:
• A concise weekly activity summary with data-backed insights
• A short performance review for each rep, including coaching cues tied to time management, communication, and selling skill execution
• An actionable plan for the following week that we can measure against
