You will take full charge of my front-line sales force at HDFC Life. Day to day, I need you to organise, motivate and grow a small but ambitious team of advisors, set clear goals for each member, track their numbers and keep them on pace for monthly targets. That means regular huddles, on-the-spot coaching and quick course-corrections when results dip.
Strong leadership is non-negotiable; I’m counting on you to model the energy and discipline you expect from the group. Because the product set is entirely life-insurance, you must already understand the industry’s jargon, regulatory basics and the nuances of consultative selling in this space. If you’ve guided an insurance sales unit before, you’ll feel right at home here.
Performance dashboards, funnel reports and concise weekly summaries will be part of your routine so that senior management and I have a clear view of how the branch is trending.
