Sales & Dispatch Manager (Performance-Driven)
Top Auto Logistics is seeking a results-obsessed Sales & Dispatch Manager to build and run a disciplined, high-output sales team. This role is not for seat-warmers or “motivators.” You will be held accountable for revenue, conversion, agent productivity, and retention of top performers.
If you don’t like KPIs, coaching underperformers, or making tough decisions, this role is not for you.
What You’ll Own
Hire, train, and manage sales & dispatch agents
Enforce sales processes, scripts, pricing discipline, and compliance
Run weekly 1:1s and performance reviews tied to hard metrics
Track and improve close rates, revenue per agent, and pipeline health
Drive new business from dealers, collectors, moving companies, and referrals
Step in on high-value deals, escalations, and complex shipments
Requirements
Proven sales leadership experience (auto transport or logistics strongly preferred)
History of hitting targets through people — not excuses
Comfortable terminating low performers and protecting team standards
Data-driven, structured, and hands-on
