Free Lance Corporate Training Market Expansion Strategist

Job ID: 40133295

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I direct an executive-education provider (South Africa based) that now wants to push beyond its existing circle and win fresh corporate accounts. The task is straightforward: Help me expand our market reach among corporate clients through a consultative sales and marketing approach that converts interest into signed learning contracts. YOU MUST BE BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE SOUTH AFRICAN EDUCATION MARKET.

Your day-to-day work will revolve around identifying decision makers inside HR, L&D, Training and Development Managers and senior leadership teams, opening conversations that surface their up-skilling gaps, and shaping those needs into persuasive proposals for our blended and instructor-led programmes. I will rely on your negotiation flair, confident board-level presentations, and crisp proposal writing to move each opportunity from first call to closed deal.

You should already be familiar with the rhythms of executive education or corporate training sales—pipeline management, solution selling, and long-cycle deal navigation. Practical command of common CRM tools is assumed; what matters most is the track record you bring. When you respond, share concrete examples of past work that show how you increased corporate penetration or expanded a learning provider’s footprint.

Key deliverables
• A market-entry plan that lists target sectors and outreach tactics
• A live, well-documented pipeline with qualified corporate leads and status notes
• Custom proposals and pitch decks ready for executive review
• Weekly progress updates highlighting wins, challenges, and next steps

I value measurable growth and transparent communication, so milestones will be tied to agreed activity and conversion metrics we set together during kickoff. If you thrive on consultative selling and can open doors in the corporate world, let’s talk.
