Responsibilities
• Attend scheduled sales calls with qualified leads set by our appointment setters.
• Deliver consultative, value-driven sales presentations (via Zoom/phone).
• Identify client pain points and tailor solutions from Scaleflo’s services.
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Update CRM and provide accurate sales reports.
• Collaborate with appointment setters and leadership to improve scripts and close rates.

• Proven experience as a sales closer (agency/marketing/SaaS/service sales preferred).
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working US business hours.
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt to CRM/sales tools.
