Commission B2B English Training Sales
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a seasoned B2B closer to take our corporate English-training packages to tech companies across Latin America. My core promise to prospects is simple: better English skills translate directly into higher employee productivity, so every pitch, email, and call should keep that outcome front and center.
You’ll work fully remotely and be compensated 100 % on commission, so I’m looking for someone already comfortable hunting for their own wins. The channels that move the needle for us are email sequences and targeted phone outreach; LinkedIn can complement those efforts if it fits your style.
What you’ll deliver
• A self-sourced lead list of Latin-American tech firms that could benefit from productivity-boosting English training
• Warm introductions or meetings booked with HR, L&D, or Operations decision-makers
• Signed contracts for our training packages, tracked in the CRM we provide or yours if you prefer
Commission is paid per closed deal and scales with contract size, with no cap. If you have a track record of selling training, SaaS, or any productivity-focused solution into mid-size and enterprise tech companies.
Business English classes for tech companies
Package: €2,500/month per client aprox
Proven methodology, professional materials provided
Your role:
Research and identify target companies (tech sector)
Cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Book meetings and conduct sales presentations
Close contracts
Compensation:
30% commission on every sale (€750 per client closed)
100% remote work - work from anywhere
Commission is paid per closed deal and scales with contract size
Unlimited earning potential - no cap on commissions
Ideal candidate:
Proven B2B sales experience (training, SaaS, or corporate services)
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-only structure
Experience selling to tech companies is a plus
Existing network in the tech industry is a bonus
