Commission-Based Sales Closers Needed

I run ClipNova, a digital agency that builds conversion-focused websites, manages social media and drives online growth for our clients. Inbound leads already reach out to us every day; what I need now is a self-driven closer who can step in, talk to those prospects over call or chat, understand what they really need and turn the conversation into signed business.

Our current pipeline is filled mainly with small businesses in the retail space—think boutique stores, local fashion labels and emerging e-commerce brands—so an ability to relate to entrepreneurs at that scale is important. From the first “hello” to the moment the proposal is accepted, you will own the relationship: probing for pain points, presenting our service packages clearly and guiding the prospect to a confident “yes.” If a medium-sized company comes along, great; however, the core focus remains smaller retail clients for now.

There is no fixed salary attached to this role. Your earnings come entirely from the commission you secure on each closed deal, and the percentage rises with performance, giving you full control over your income.
