Cold Call Sales Specialist

I'm seeking an experienced cold caller to sell our commercial cleaning services to property management companies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling, especially in a sales capacity.
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell over the phone.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to set and meet sales targets.
