Client Support / Sales Manager at NextMath
Budget: $600 – $1,000 USD
Next Math is an online school for children aged 5 to 12 years old. We help children love Math by providing online one-to-one lessons with professional teachers from the US.
We are looking for a Client Support / Sales Manager with English at proficient level for a part-time role!
How lessons look like:
Weekly one-to-one Math classes for Elementary (Primary) school kids ages 5-12
We use a refreshed, accessible Math program, including the Singapore Math methodology and individual approach.
We provide materials for lessons: an online platform, presentations, scripts, and timings.
What will you do?
Sell online courses in Math for children 6 -12 years old
Communicate with customers who passed the trial lesson, and “bring” customers to the Payment (WhatsApp, email, and phone). Register clients for a trial session, and assign the day and time of the trial session.
Work with objections, know the "pains" of the target audience
Inform customers about promotions and discounts
Implement the KPIs (including the first response to the client up to 2 minutes)
Execute existing business processes: client support, promotional activities including influence marketing, following SLAs, etc.
Interaction with teachers (in English)
Lead the client's history in CRM
What do we expect from you?
Fluent English communication skills (required);
Experience working in sales;
Experience working in a language/math or any online school is welcome;
Organizational skills and multi-tasking; ability to work with a lot of information;
Responsibility and care
Ability to work in the US time zones (PT, MT, CT, ET);
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Math, Elementary Education, and Early Childhood Development is a plus.
