Recruitment of Cluster Managers - Gujarat
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Willing to work as Independent contractor
Cluster Manager will be assigned 10-15 petrol stations in his Cluster (district) that is around 50 – 70 KM of radius.
He will be responsible for increasing the sales of the lubricants in each petrol station.
Responsible to recruit 10-15 mechanics in the respective petrol stations.
Should be able to fulfil target
Who will be right fit for this?
Must have completed Diploma or Graduation.
Preferably from Automobile sales or service background.
Any sales experience of 2+ years.
Team management
Open for travel
Operation experience will be an added advantage
