Case Background:

A worker at a steel works brought two rusty steel girders from the yard store into the workshop and placed them on powered rollers at the start of a shot-blasting line. Being the end of the working week the worker then left and went home for the weekend.
First thing on monday morning, the worker set the rollers running, climbed through a curtain screen into the paint booth beyond forgetting about leaving the girders on the rollers on friday. Whilst standing with their back to the rollers, the girders moved along and off the line striking the worker on the side causing severe bruising.
