Smart Meter Diagnostics & Safety Check

My smart electricity meter needs a thorough diagnostic. Over the past few weeks several household appliances have suddenly failed, and I suspect the meter or its wiring is delivering irregular voltage that’s burning them out.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• On-site inspection of the smart meter, incoming supply, and consumer unit
• Real-time voltage and load tests to confirm whether spikes or drops are occurring
• Calibration check of the meter itself, plus verification that readings transmitted to the utility are accurate
• A concise report outlining any faults found, recommended fixes, and safety advice

If you can also remedy minor issues on the spot—tightening connections, replacing a faulty breaker, or similar—that would be ideal, but the primary goal is to identify the root cause and give me a clear action plan.
