WhatsApp Onboarding Workflow Automation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a streamlined WhatsApp-based workflow that guides both vendors and customers through our onboarding journey, and I want it built on an existing SaaS platform that already connects to the official WhatsApp Business API.
Core flow
The conversation must collect required documents, verify them automatically or forward them for manual review, then keep contacts engaged with timely follow-ups until onboarding is complete. All messages, media uploads, status changes, and reminder schedules have to live inside one cohesive flow so my team never has to leave the SaaS dashboard.
Key requirements
• Vendor & customer onboarding use cases in the same project
• Documentation submission and verification handled inside WhatsApp (image, PDF, text)
• Automated communication and follow-ups triggered by status or time
• SaaS platform of your choice, as long as it is an existing solution (e.g., Twilio, MessageBird, 360dialog, Gupshup, WhatsApp Cloud API via Meta partners, or similar)
• Visual flow builder preferred so my team can tweak copy or timing later
• Webhook endpoints or native integrations to push completed profiles back to our CRM
Deliverables
1. Fully configured SaaS workspace with WhatsApp Business API activated and verified.
2. Drag-and-drop workflow clearly labeled for vendor vs. customer branches.
3. Message templates submitted and approved by Meta (welcome, doc request, reminder, confirmation).
4. Simple dashboard or webhook setup that shows each prospect’s onboarding status and stores uploaded documents.
5. Deployment guide or short Loom video so my staff can maintain the flow.
Acceptance criteria
The flow must collect at least one test document, mark it “verified,” and send a confirmation to the same contact without manual intervention. All steps should be reproducible on a sandbox number before we connect our live line.
