Web CRM Manual QA Testing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m rolling out a new, browser-based CRM and need a detail-oriented tester to put every customer touch-point through its paces. Your mission is to walk through the enquiry, chatbot, quotation, job scheduling and billing flows exactly as a real user would, surfacing anything that feels rough or broken.
Scope of work
• Desktop coverage must include Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
• Mobile checks should mirror the same flows on both iOS and Android browsers.
• For each issue you uncover, I’ll need clear reproduction steps, screenshots (or short clips) and your expectation versus the actual result so the devs can jump straight into fixes.
• Please create lightweight test cases as you go; I’m keeping a living regression suite that we’ll reuse after each sprint.
• Once initial passes are done, run a focused regression to confirm nothing slipped through.
What will make you a great fit
You’ve already tested SaaS or CRM platforms, so field mappings, lead statuses and subscription logic won’t feel foreign. A calm eye for UI consistency and data integrity is just as important as spotting outright crashes.
Deliverables
1. Spreadsheet or test-management export of all test cases written.
2. Consolidated bug log with severity, steps, evidence and environment noted.
3. Final regression report summarising pass/fail counts and any open blockers.
I expect the engagement to stay part-time and fully remote; we can align on exact hours around our release schedule. Looking forward to having a fresh set of eyes challenge the product.
