Veterinary SaaS Retention Platform Development

Title: SaaS Developer / Technical Architect Needed for veterinary clinic Retention & Recall Platform

Project Overview

I want to build a Veterinary Patient Retention SaaS platform.

The goal is NOT to create a veterinary practice management software.

The goal is to create a platform that integrates with existing practice management systems (initially ezyVet) and automatically identifies and recovers lost revenue opportunities through reminders, recalls, follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and AI-powered workflows.

This platform must be designed from day one with scalability and future integrations in mind.

Core Features (Version 1)

* Vaccine reminders
* Recheck reminders
* Internal parasite prevention reminders
* External parasite prevention reminders
* Post-operative follow-up workflows
* Chronic case follow-up workflows
* Inactive client detection (e.g. no visit in 6 months)
* Google Review request automation
* Revenue recovery dashboard
* WhatsApp communication

System Requirements

I am specifically looking for someone who can architect the platform professionally and not simply develop screens or pages.

The platform should:

1. Be built as a SaaS product with multi-clinic support.
2. Support role-based access.
3. Be designed for monthly/annually subscription billing.
4. Have a scalable backend architecture.
5. Be designed for future AI integrations.
6. Support future integrations with additional veterinary softwares.
7. Be built with maintainability and long-term growth in mind.

Critical Requirement: Integration Architecture

The platform should NOT be hardcoded around ezyVet.

Instead, it should be designed using a connector/integration layer.

Scenario for the workflow as a simple example for clarification :-

Saas check the appointments/followups/..etc for tomorrow > send a whatsapp message to each one today for tomorrows appointment > get confirmation on whatsapp.
Client Wants to rebook another time > notify the reception to book it.
