I run a fast-growing SaaS company that helps content creators increase their reach on TikTok, and I need additional staff to ensure user satisfaction in customer support.
Your main task will be to communicate with clients in the online chat and direct them to the appropriate departments. Clear and friendly written English is essential. Knowledge of TikTok and basic troubleshooting skills will help you be effective from day one.
