SaaS idea validation

I have a SaaS idea that needs validation. I need someone to conduct the validation and marktet research using whatever methods they find suitable including but not limited to cold emails, linkedIn outreach, cold calls, or any other outreach method that sounds feasible.
Target market: USA
I'd prefer people who know what they're doing.
