SaaS for Secondary Exam Practice

Job ID: 40108723

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a cloud-based SaaS platform that lets secondary-school students practise mathematics, science and English exams in one place. The heart of the system is a question engine that delivers multiple-choice, short-answer and full-length mock exams, then auto-scores them and stores every attempt. Students log in, sit a practice test, receive instant feedback and track their improvement on a personal dashboard that displays scores, time spent and topic-level strengths or gaps.

Content management is essential. I want an admin area where I can add, tag and edit questions, build full papers from the bank and release them on a schedule. The data model should be flexible enough for regional curricula, grading scales and future expansion (for example, interactive tutorials later on).

Technical expectations
• Modern web stack—React, Vue, or similar on the front end; Node, Django, Laravel or another well-supported framework on the back end.
• Relational database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) with clean schema design to keep questions, results and user profiles separate but linkable.
• REST or GraphQL API so the platform can grow into mobile apps.
• Secure authentication, role-based access and GDPR-ready data storage.
• Dockerised deployment to a cloud provider of your choice, with clear setup scripts.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional SaaS platform deployed on a staging server.
2. Source code in a private Git repository with commit history.
3. Database schema and seed files containing sample maths, science and English questions.
4. Admin guide and user guide in Markdown or PDF.
5. Two weeks of post-launch bug fixing and hand-over support.

Acceptance criteria
• A student can register, choose a subject, complete any of the three test formats and see detailed analytics immediately.
• Progress charts update accurately after each submission.
• An admin can create a new question, add it to a paper and publish it without touching the code.
• All major screens load in under three seconds on a 4G mobile connection.
