SaaS Web Mobile App Development

I need a seasoned developer who can take a green-field concept and deliver a full, multi-tenant SaaS product that works seamlessly on the web, iOS, and Android. The core business feature set will be shared with you once the NDA is in place, but at this stage I want to be sure you can architect a clean, scalable solution and release production-ready apps on all three platforms from a single, well-maintained codebase.

Key technical expectations
• One responsive web application served from a secure, scalable backend (micro-service or monolith—convince me).
• Companion iOS and Android apps built with either native stacks or a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native; the choice should balance speed, maintainability, and performance.
• Robust role-based access control for Admin, User, and Guest levels, wired into the authentication layer from day one.
• REST or GraphQL APIs with clear versioning, comprehensive tests, and public documentation.
• CI/CD pipelines that push to a staging environment and then to production with zero downtime.
• Deployment scripts and infrastructure-as-code so the entire stack can be spun up reliably in the cloud provider of our choice.

Acceptance criteria
1. A live, password-protected demo environment for Web, iOS TestFlight, and Android Beta.
2. Source code in a private Git repository with commit history and README instructions.
3. Automated test suite covering critical paths (minimum 80 % coverage).
4. API and user documentation sufficient for a handover to an internal team.
5. Final production release signed, submitted, and approved in both app stores.
