SaaS Pathology Booking Portal & Apps

I need a robust, multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets pathology labs offer online test booking through a web portal plus companion Android and iOS apps. The system will recognise three distinct roles—Admin, Lab technician and Customer—each with its own dashboard and permissions.

Core modules cover end-to-end test booking and scheduling, secure user authentication with profile management, and seamless payment processing. I will rely on popular payment gateways, real-time SMS / Email notifications and WhatsApp messaging for status updates, as well as built-in analytics to monitor booking volumes, revenue, and turnaround times.

• Native or cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) that mirror portal features

• Booking calendar with slot management, sample pickup option and live status tracking

Acceptance criteria
• All listed features demonstrably working on a staging server and both app stores
• Responsive UI, load-tested for at least 1,000 concurrent users
• Clean, well-commented codebase and API documentation
