SaaS Onboarding & Accounting Upgrades

The goal of this project is to transform an existing inventory management SaaS into a fully automated, subscription-based platform while enhancing its inventory and accounting capabilities.
Subscription & User Onboarding
The onboarding experience should be completely self-service. New users must be able to register, select a subscription plan, create their login credentials, complete payment, and gain immediate access to their dashboard without any manual approval.
The solution should also include:
Automated account provisioning after successful payment
Trial period and subscription limit handling
Email verification
Forgot password and password reset
Subscription management (upgrade, downgrade, cancel)
Inventory Module Enhancements
Add an Expiry Date and Warranty Management feature within the existing Account module.
The functionality should include:
Configurable expiry dates for inventory items
Visual indicators for products nearing expiration
One-click warranty claim requests
Automated email or in-app notifications for upcoming expiry or warranty deadlines
Banking & Accounting Features
Expand the current Bank module by integrating:
Credit Note creation
Debit Note creation
Chart of Accounts
Ledger Summary
Trial Balance
Balance Sheet
All reports should retrieve live data from the existing database.
Technical Requirements
Maintain strict multi-tenant data isolation
Existing technology stack: Laravel, MySQL, AWS
RESTful APIs or GraphQL
Vue.js or React frontend
Experience integrating Paystack is preferred
Clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Acceptance Criteria
Users can register, subscribe, pay, and access their dashboard in less than two minutes without administrator intervention.
Expiry dates and warranty information are stored correctly, displayed accurately, and notification workflows function properly for multiple test products.
Banking reports generate accurate results based on supplied transaction data.
