Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer or development team to build a web-based SaaS platform for mobile repair shop dealers. The platform will allow repair shop owners to manage repair jobs, send automated WhatsApp updates to customers, maintain customer records, and send promotional messages.

Dealers must subscribe to a plan before accessing the dashboard.

#Dealer Dashboard
Dashboard should display:
Total Pending Repairs
Total Completed Repairs (Current Month)
Repairs Received Today

Repair Job Entry

#Dealer should be able to add new repair jobs with:
Customer Name
Mobile Number
Address / City
Mobile Model
IMEI Number
Problem Description

#WhatsApp Notifications
Automatic WhatsApp messages should be sent to customers when:
Repair job is created
Repair status is updated
Repair is completed
Repair Status Updates
Dealers should be able to update repair status (Received, In Progress, Completed, Delivered).

Payment Requests
Dealer should be able to send payment links or QR codes to customers.

Customer Database
System should automatically store customer data and repair history.

Bulk WhatsApp Messaging
Dealers should be able to send promotional WhatsApp messages by:

Selecting contacts from database, or

Uploading an Excel contact list
Option to send text and image messages.

Other Requirements:

Secure login system

SaaS architecture (multiple dealers using the same system)

Admin panel to manage dealers and subscriptions

Scalable cloud-based architecture
