SaaS Lead Workflow Dashboard
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have a detailed wireframe for a web-based dashboard that my roofing reps will log into each day. The build needs to be a true SaaS architecture so we can trial it internally first, then scale it for wider release.
When a rep signs in, the system must immediately prompt them to either create a new lead or open an existing one. From that point the entire job flows through a series of clearly labeled buttons:
• Lead details page – capture all fields, push straight to our current CRM (Acculynx) via its API.
• Photo sequence page – use the iPad camera, save images in the exact order taken, and attach them to the same lead record.
• Data-to-PDF page – selected form outputs convert to a branded PDF and auto-upload to the matching file in the CRM.
• Contract page – auto-populate fields from the lead, allow on-screen signatures on the iPad, then store the signed PDF back in the CRM.
Every step has to show completion status so the rep can’t skip ahead, and all data must remain linked to the single lead ID.
Core requirements
• SaaS platform build (React/Node, Laravel, or similar modern stack – I’m flexible on the exact tools as long as they’re cloud ready).
• Native integration with Acculynx now, written in a way that makes adding other CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) straightforward later.
• Secure login and role management; reps only see their own leads.
• Responsive design that works smoothly on an iPad.
I’ll provide the full wireframe, field list, branding assets, and Acculynx API documentation as soon as we start. Deliver the working dashboard on a private staging server plus source code in a git repo so my team can review.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Each page’s form logic matching the wireframe exactly.
2. PDFs and photos appearing in the right Acculynx lead within 10 seconds of submission.
3. Contract signatures captured and stored without needing third-party e-signature fees.
