SaaS Launch & Sales Operator
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I have just finished building an online, integrated meetings and collaboration platform aimed squarely at businesses that are dissatisfied with traditional video-conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meets. Our edge is security: every session is protected by robust user authentication and granular data-privacy controls, plus password-protected, ephemeral meetings that leave no data footprint once they conclude.
The product itself is ready; what I now need is a seasoned launch operator who can turn this technology into market traction. Your mission will be to set up the commercial side from scratch—positioning, pricing, onboarding flows, outreach campaigns, partner channels—then drive the first wave of paying business customers. You are free to shape the go-to-market mix as long as it aligns with our security-first value proposition and targets decision-makers in small to mid-sized companies.
Deliverables I will use to measure success:
• A clear launch plan covering pre-launch, launch, and 90-day post-launch milestones
• Implemented sales funnel (landing pages, trial workflow, CRM tracking) that is already bringing in qualified leads
• First cohort of closed business accounts using the platform in live meetings
• Playbook documenting repeatable processes for scaling sales and customer success
If you have previously taken a B2B SaaS product from zero to revenue and can demonstrate results, I would love to hear how you would approach this launch.
