Hi, I need a simple working SaaS MVP built for a finance broker lead and CRM platform.
Please no time wasting serious developers only that don’t need explanation for everything and can follow the instructions below ‘apologies to any great developers’ for delays on response. I am new to this space.
Budget: £500 fixed price.
Payment: 4 stages of £125.
Timeline: 5 working days per stage.
Total timeline: 20 working days.
I am also happy to pay an extra £100 bonus on full completion, but only if I am fully satisfied with the final working platform, handover, communication, and effort.
No upfront payment.
Each stage must be completed, tested, and approved before the next £125 payment is released.
I must own 100% of:
* Source code
* Database
* IP
* Design
* GitHub/repository
* Admin access
* Hosting access
* Final handover files
I also require:
* Signed NDA before full project details are shared
* Written confirmation that all IP/source code belongs to me once paid
* Developer identity confirmation

No reuse, resale, cloning, or sharing of my platform, business logic, database structure, lead workflow, lender workflow, branding, or commercial model without my written permission.
The platform must allow brokers to register, subscribe, buy tokens, purchase leads, manage leads in a CRM, upload documents, and submit lender requests.
Stage 1 — Foundation — £125 — 5 working days
Build:
* Broker registration
* Broker login
* Admin login
* Admin and Broker user roles
* Basic broker dashboard
* Basic admin dashboard
* Database structure
* Mobile-friendly layout
Payment released only when Admin and Broker logins work.
Stage 2 — Lead Marketplace — £125 — 5 working days
Build:
* Admin can manually upload leads
* Admin can edit/delete leads
* Broker can view available leads
* Broker can search/filter leads
* Lead detail page
* Each lead shows token cost
* Purchased leads become unavailable to other brokers
Payment released only when Admin can upload leads and Broker can view leads.
Stage 3 — Tokens, CRM and Lender Form — £125 — 5 working days
Build:
* Token wallet / credit system
* Broker can buy a lead using tokens
* Tokens deduct automatically
* Lead is assigned to that broker
* Purchased lead moves into CRM
* CRM stages: New Lead, Calls/Emails, Documents, Agreements, Completion
* Broker can add notes
* Broker can upload documents
* Broker can complete a basic lender submission form
Payment released only when Broker can buy a lead, see it in CRM, add notes, upload documents, and submit the lender form.
Stage 4 — Payments, Testing, Deployment and Handover — £125 — 5 working days
Build:
* Stripe subscription setup
* Stripe token purchase setup
* Admin can manage users, leads, tokens, purchases, and CRM activity
* Basic reporting
* Full testing
* Bug fixes
* Live deployment
* API-ready structure for future lead supplier APIs and lender APIs
Final handover must include:
* Full source code
* Database export
* Admin login
* Broker test login
* GitHub/repository access
* Hosting/deployment details
* Stripe setup instructions
* API-ready notes
* No hidden licence fees
* No monthly lock-in
* No retained ownership by developer
Important:
Live API integrations are not required in this first version. The system only needs to be built in a way that APIs can be added later without rebuilding the platform.
