B2B SaaS Cloud Cost Optimization Specialist -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Our B2B SaaS application is live and growing, but cloud costs are increasing faster than revenue. The platform is built with heavy backend workflows, multiple API integrations, and extensive use of AWS S3 for storing and serving documents and images.
We are looking for an experienced cloud cost optimization specialist to review our existing setup and identify what is driving unnecessary AWS and API costs.
Scope of work includes:
• Reviewing Bubble backend workflows to identify redundant or excessive executions
• Analyzing API Connector usage to reduce repeated or unnecessary API calls
• Reviewing AWS S3 storage structure, access patterns, and file usage
• Identifying which workflows, features, or file operations are driving cloud costs
• Optimizing workflows, API usage, and file handling without breaking production
Deliverables:
• Clear visibility into cost drivers across workflows, APIs, and storage
• Reduced redundant executions and excessive API calls
• Improved S3 structure with sensible lifecycle and access rules
• Measurable reduction in monthly cloud spend
• Documentation explaining what was changed and why it reduces cost
You will work directly within our existing Bubble app and AWS setup. Prior experience optimizing SaaS cloud costs—especially for Bubble-based platforms—is strongly preferred.
