I am looking for a software developer to create a property management software for me. The software should have the following features:
- Financial reporting
- Tenant management
- Maintenance requests - tenant will lodge maintenance request in tenant portal, tradies will apply for job, landlord will choose best quote, tradie will be provided with tenant information to get access. once job complete, tradie adds invoice to software, payment is made from property funds
- Payment system - i think we will use a payment facilitator to assist with this.
- Store contacts
I am currently using another property management software, i need it to be this to function same as the one i am using.
