AI-Powered Real Estate Networking Platform

I’m building an all-inclusive, AI-driven real-estate networking site that launches as a B2B sales and marketing hub and evolves into a full B2C community within six months. At its core the platform sells real-estate memberships—designed for agents, property buyers and investors alike—and the membership revenue will fund ongoing operations.

For the initial release I need three pillars in place:

• Robust networking features so members can discover one another, share listings and collaborate on deals in real time.
• A flexible membership-management system that automates sign-ups, renewals, tiered perks and CRM integration.
• Transparent revenue-tracking tools that show me exactly how membership fees flow into the financing model.

The site will sit on a reusable AI template I’ve drafted (twelve distinct functions are already mapped out) but I’m relying on you to turn those wireframes into a secure, scalable product that’s ready for Queensland’s market and beyond. Clean code, solid UX and clear documentation are non-negotiable; I’ll validate the build against those three feature sets before we expand to consumer-facing functionality.
