PROJECT OVERVIEW
I am building Pipe-r, an AI-powered field-service management platform designed specifically for plumbing companies.
The goal is to create a polished, scalable SaaS product that can compete with platforms such as Jobber and ServiceTitan while providing deeper plumbing-specific workflows, better automation, a faster user experience, and practical AI tools.
A prototype/application shell currently exists at Pipe-r.net and was created using Base44. It establishes the product direction, interface, navigation, and portions of the intended workflow. The selected developer or agency must first audit the existing application and determine what can safely be retained, improved, migrated, or rebuilt.
This is not a simple website or basic scheduling application. I need a production-ready, multi-tenant SaaS platform that plumbing companies can use to manage their operations from initial customer contact through scheduling, dispatch, field service, invoicing, payment, and follow-up.
