We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a deep-tech AI/SaaS project with the preparation of a compelling pitch deck and venture capital fundraising strategy.
Scope of Work:
Pitch Deck: Create a 15–20 slide, investor-ready deck highlighting problem, solution, market, business model, and differentiation vs. competitors.
Financial Forecast: Build a 4–5 year revenue and valuation model (SaaS, services, licensing/royalties).
Funding Roadmap: Define capital needs (Seed → Series A), use of funds, and valuation scenarios.
Investor Targeting: Identify relevant VCs (AI, SaaS, deep tech, critical industries) and advise on deal structures.
Investor Prep: Prepare a one-pager, data room structure, and coaching for investor Q&A.
Profile:
5+ years in VC, fundraising, or strategy consulting.
Proven track record with SaaS/AI/deep-tech startups.
Strong network with European and international VC funds.
Skilled at translating complex technology into compelling investor storytelling.
