Project Title:

Credit Cooperative Risk Exchange Platform (Patsanstha SaaS)



Project Overview:

We are building a Credit Cooperative Risk Exchange Platform for Patsanstha (Credit Cooperative Societies) in India.
The goal is to create a shared borrower database + risk scoring system, similar to a mini CIBIL but designed specifically for closed cooperative networks.

This will be a SaaS-based platform where multiple patsansthas can onboard, share loan/borrower data, and assess credit risk before approving loans.



Key Objectives:

Enable patsansthas to check borrower history across network
Build a custom credit risk scoring system
Maintain defaulter tracking system
Provide secure and role-based access



Scope of Work:

1. Admin & Multi-Tenant System

Super Admin panel (platform owner)
Patsanstha Admin panel
Role-based access (collection agents, managers)

2. Borrower & Loan Management

Borrower profile creation (KYC fields)
Loan entry & repayment tracking
Shared borrower history across network

3. Risk Engine

Rule-based credit scoring system
Defaulter flagging
Risk categories (Low / Medium / High)

4. Dashboard & Reports

Loan reports
Risk analytics dashboard
Defaulter reports

5. Security & Compliance

Data encryption
Secure APIs
Basic compliance-ready architecture (India)

Backend: Node.js / Java (Spring Boot)
Frontend: React.js
Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Cloud: AWS / DigitalOcean



Future Integrations (Optional Phase 2):

UPI AutoPay / Payment Gateway (Razorpay / Cashfree)
eMandate system
Credit bureau API integration



Developer Requirements:

Experience in fintech / SaaS platforms
