No-Code Modular Multi-Tenant App for Coaches & Sports Clubs (White Label + Affiliate System)

Project Description

I’m looking for a No-Code developer (preferably experienced with Rork.com, Bubble, Adalo, or Glide) to build a multi-tenant, modular web and mobile app for sports coaches, clubs, and football academies.

The platform will serve as a comprehensive athlete management system, where each club or coach has their own environment, configurable modules, and branding options.
It must support a White Label structure and include an Affiliate Program for referrals and commission tracking.

Main Features
Functional Modules

RPE & Wellness Tracking: Daily monitoring, reports, and alerts.

Custom Questionnaires: Coaches can build their own forms (injury prevention, daily readiness, etc.).

Training Plans:

Assign routines to players or groups.

Exercise library with images/videos.

Export to PDF or in-app display.

Call-Ups & Notifications: Send notifications to players and parents.

Payments & Accounting: Track memberships, payments, and outstanding fees.

Club & Team Management: Manage coaches, teams, and players per organization.

Parent Portal: Player progress, notifications, and attendance.

Admin Panel (Back Office): Central control of users, payments, and active modules.

Physiotherapy and nutricionist plans.

Technical Requirements

Built using No-Code tools (Rork.com preferred, Bubble or similar acceptable).

Multi-Tenant Architecture: Each club or coach operates independently within the same system.

White Label Ready: Each account can be branded (logo, colors, subdomain).

Modular Design: Modules can be activated or deactivated per user or organization.

Affiliate / Referral Program: Built-in system to reward users who refer others.

Role-based Access Control: Admin, Coach, Player, Parent, physiotherapist, nutricionist, other created.

Responsive Interface (mobile and web).

Integrations: Stripe (payments), email, analytics, or other APIs.

Prepared for subscription plans and future module expansion.

Goal

To create a scalable, modular, and white-labeled platform that can be used by multiple clubs or independent coaches under a single infrastructure — with a built-in affiliate system to encourage organic growth.

Preferred Experience

Strong background in No-Code SaaS or multi-tenant systems.

Experience with Bubble, Rork, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of affiliate systems and subscription models.

Clean architecture, UI/UX focus, and good documentation.
