We need a multi-tenant SaaS platform for audio broadcasting with cross-platform player support (Linux, Windows, Raspberry Pi). The system should allow centralized scheduling, monitoring, and broadcasting of audio to distributed clients.

1. User & Tenant Management

Multi-tenant setup with role-based access (Owner/Admin/Operator/Viewer).

Secure login, email verification, 2FA, password reset.

Subscription management with Razorpay (India) + Stripe (global).

2. Player Management

Enroll players via token/QR.

Real-time status (online/offline, last seen, IP, health metrics).

Grouping by location/zone.

Remote actions (reboot, volume, logs).

3. Scheduling & Playback

One-time and recurring schedules (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).

Playlists (shuffle, sequential, random).

Priority/emergency overrides with pre-emption.

Volume control, fade in/out, and blackout windows.
