Project Overview

We are building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for structured workflow management, task orchestration, and auditable system activity across organizations.

This is a system-level application, not a simple CRUD tool or marketing website. It involves strict data isolation between organizations, real-time updates, and compliance-aware architecture.

The platform includes:

Multi-tenant architecture with secure org-level data isolation
Role-based access control and workflow ownership rules
Immutable audit logging of system activity (user actions, reads, and file access)
Real-time task, message, and notification updates
Secure file storage with signed access controls
Complex workflow engine (task lifecycle, escalation, and state transitions)
Cross-platform delivery (web application with future desktop/mobile support)

We are prioritizing strong system design, security thinking, and scalable architecture, not just UI development.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced engineering teams or senior developers who have built:

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
PostgreSQL-based systems with strong schema design
Row-Level Security (RLS) or equivalent data isolation models
Authentication + session routing systems
Real-time or event-driven applications
Workflow or task management systems with complex business logic

Strong preference for teams experienced in:

Secure system architecture
Audit logging / compliance-aware design (SOC 2 / HIPAA-style patterns)
Supabase or similar Postgres-backed infrastructure
TypeScript + modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
