Multi-Tenant Lab Management SaaS
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I already run a fully-featured laboratory management system on GoDaddy hosting and now need it refactored into a true multi-tenant SaaS application on AWS. The current codebase covers day-to-day lab workflows (inventory, result tracking, appointment scheduling), so your focus is to re-architect rather than rebuild.
The new version must let me spin up and manage any number of client labs from a single codebase while guaranteeing clear data segregation and security between tenants. Each client should enjoy a self-serve onboarding flow and an integrated billing & invoicing module so subscriptions, usage tiers or manual charges can be handled inside the platform with no third-party spreadsheets.
A crucial piece is test-report printing. Every client needs to:
• upload their own logo and colours,
• choose or design custom report templates,
• toggle formatting options (page size, fonts, header/footer layouts) on demand.
All of those choices have to render perfectly to PDF and be remembered per client.
Migration tasks include moving the stack from GoDaddy to AWS (preferred services: EC2 or ECS, RDS or Aurora, S3 for assets, CloudFront for report delivery). Please set up automated deployment, daily backups and a clear rollback strategy.
Acceptance criteria
• Single sign-on dashboard listing all client tenants, with tenant isolation proven by role-based access tests.
• Branded report PDFs matching the client’s selections.
• Working onboarding, invoicing and payment capture flows.
• Existing inventory, test result and appointment modules functioning unchanged.
• Source code in a private repo and an AWS CloudFormation/Terraform script that recreates the entire environment from scratch.
Once these items pass UAT, the project is complete. Looking forward to partnering on this upgrade and releasing the platform to new labs worldwide.
