Multi-Tenant Construction SaaS Platform

I'm looking for a full-stack developer or team to build a cloud-based SaaS platform for small to mid-sized construction subcontractors, inspired by tools like Raken and ProContractor Mobile. The platform should help field teams efficiently manage daily reports, time tracking, employee logs, safety checklists, and document uploads — all organized by projects and clients, with a strong focus on mobile-friendly UX and multi-tenant architecture.
Key Features Required:
Multi-tenant setup (each subcontractor company has its own users and data)
Project & client management dashboard
Daily field reports (with weather, manpower, cost codes, notes, photos, signatures)
Time tracking (manual timesheets, possibly GPS logging)
Employee database (basic info + certifications)
Safety and inspection forms (OSHA-style checklists)
Document/photo management (file uploads tied to projects/logs)
Auto-generated branded PDF reports
Responsive web app (tablet/mobile friendly)
Tech Preferences (open to discussion):
Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (FastAPI/Django), or .NET Core
Frontend: React (with TypeScript preferred)
Database: PostgreSQL (multi-tenant schema design)
Cloud storage (AWS S3 or similar) for photos/files
Hosting: AWS, Azure, or another scalable cloud provider
Optional: Docker, CI/CD setup, PDF generation, Weather API integration
Important Notes:
This is a from-scratch build — I will provide a detailed feature roadmap and reference designs.
No third-party integrations are needed initially (e.g., no QuickBooks or Procore sync).
The MVP should focus on core field reporting and project tracking, then expand.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience building scalable multi-tenant SaaS apps
Familiar with construction or field service apps (nice to have)
Able to suggest the best tools/frameworks for long-term maintainability
Can work independently and communicate progress clearly
Deliverables:
MVP-ready application (backend + frontend) with complete CRUD functionality
Source code in Git repository
Deployment instructions or basic CI/CD setup
